The School of Emotional Freedom Techniques is dedicated to the promotion, through training and setting of standards, of this uniquely successful therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique.

No medical background is required, anyone can learn it. There is no written test, as our one day courses comprise videos, presentations and hands-on sessions. Once you learn this simple technique, you can apply it for life.

We invite you to become students of The School of Emotional Freedom Techniques and participate in the expansion of this exciting and rewarding technique.

SEFT was established for three reasons:

	To train, set standards and award certificates.
	To give people a tool they could use for personal use, family and friends.
	For the more enterprising, to set themselves up as an EFT practitioner once they are insured.

No Cure - No Charge!!

We can perform EFT therapy sessions on an individual basis at a cost of £40 per session.  If we can not eradicate or improve the symptoms, then there will be no charge.

Group Talks / Demonstrations

We would be delighted to speak to groups, societies, clubs etc., about the phenomenal results that EFT produces.  Depending on the geographical area, we would make a charge for out of pocket expenses and would also accept a donation to our special causes programme, Hope Ministries.
